The Pack
At Southern Gymnastics Club, our competitive team — The Pack — is built on a foundation of Strength. Courage. Family. Led by Owners and Head Coaches Erine and Jeremy Veit, The Pack combines high-level gymnastics training with a supportive, family-focused environment where athletes are challenged, encouraged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Our coaching philosophy is centered around strong basics, proper progressions, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We believe success is built through consistency, accountability, goal setting, and the relationships formed between athletes, coaches, and teammates. Through The Pack, gymnasts learn to push past challenges, build confidence, celebrate progress, and become part of something bigger than themselves.
The Pack is an invitation-only competitive program. Athletes interested in joining Southern’s team are invited to schedule a Team Trial Evaluation with our coaching staff. During the trial, coaches will evaluate skill level, training habits,
coach-ability, and overall program fit.
With decades of combined coaching experience, our athletes have achieved success at the state, regional, and national levels, including State Champions, Regional Champions, Western and National qualifiers, and athletes continuing their gymnastics careers at the collegiate level.
